The Opportunity:
We seek a Personal Assistant to join our Audit & Assurance Services division. To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the Partner and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately and professionally
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Making travel arrangements
Take minutes during internal/client meetings
Devise and maintain the Service Line filing system
Requirement & Skills:
Diploma in Business Management or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion & Confidentiality is paramount
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
Basic understanding of how to use the APS System
