The Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

Program details:

Graduates will commence with Deloitte between November 2026 and January 2027. You will be allocated to one of our three (3) major Service Lines: 

• Strategy, Risk & Transaction Services
• Audit & Assurance Services
• Tax & Legal Services 

About the team

You’ll be joining a dynamic team of professionals across Deloitte’s service lines,
bringing together diverse skills and experiences. The team values learning,
collaboration and innovative thinking, and actively supports early-career
development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.

What will your typical day look like?

Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be
supported through structured learning, regular feedback, and collaboration,helping you gain confidence and hands-on experience as you grow in your role.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  

We’re seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within two years) to join our Graduate Program.

You may have all or some of the following:       

• Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
• Alignment with Deloitte’s values and inclusive culture
• You’ll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Management, Strategic Management, HR Management, Information Technology, Law, or a related discipline
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, excellent academic results
• The ability to adapt to a high paced, dynamic environment.

 The highlight event of the program is the Graduate Learning Academy Break Through Event our PNG graduates participate in, hosted in Australia. It’s an event not to be missed as all high performing PNG Graduates interact with other Deloitte Graduates from around Australia and members of the Deloitte Executive.
