Meet Neha Sharma, Quality Engineering Senior Manager
Meet Neha, a Sydney-based Senior Manager in our Quality Engineering team, which is part of our Consulting Business Unit. She is passionate about delivering high quality, innovative, technology platform solutions to clients with a focus on transforming the ways in which we embed quality as a part of software delivery.
So, tell us about a day in the life …
Mornings are a little chaotic for me as for all mums. I start my day with 10 minutes of meditation, routine chores and school drop-off.
As a Senior Test Manager, at work, I’m usually involved in the test delivery across projects. I usually start with reviewing the meeting for the day. At the same time, I set up the priorities for the team members. I typically work with delivery teams to enable testing as per the planned schedule and timelines. Another key focus area for me is ensure that the overall quality and testing is following Deloitte standards. I engage with the leadership team and clients on regular basis to resolve any dependencies, risks and issues.
After work, I like spending time with my family, cooking dinner and helping my son out with his homework.

Working in Quality Engineering allows people to work with delivery team including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers etc in delivery and solving business issues.
