I joined Deloitte as an Experienced Analyst in Deloitte Managed Solution after converting from a contractor on a financial remediation program 

Something I enjoyed the most in my first role at Deloitte was each day taught me something new, no two days were the same.

Now, I’m a Manager in Deloitte Managed Solutions. I assist clients with financial services remediation programs as well as process review, development, implementation, and uplift.

There is so many opportunities are areas to work in – you would be surprised at some of the work that we do! There are countless opportunities to get exposure to a variety or areas and disciplines.

Deloitte Impact Day has always been a day I look forward to each year. I love the opportunity to go out into my local community and help those in need.

I missed the breadth of work and the ability to help many different clients solve their problems, so after some external experience, I applied for a new position.

Returning was a great experience because I knew so many people in the team and everyone was so welcoming. It was like I had never left!

The breadth of client work is something that is unique to Deloitte. I like that with each new client there is a new challenge to solve, and I can be pivotal in helping them solve it.

Since coming back to the firm I’ve been able to work a government department to help them establish their workflow processes and management. It was great to see how transferable my skills are in a new environment. 

You never know where you will end up. Consider every opportunity and try new things. There is no rule book on building your career and you are in charge of your destiny.
