Lexie Elliot always knew she wanted to pursue a career in law, but it wasn't until she joined Deloitte Legal in March 2021 that she truly found her passion. As a graduate in the Tax Controversy team, she was eager to learn as much as possible and explore the different areas of law. Deloitte's supportive and inclusive environment made the transition from university to the corporate world easier for her.

The Tax & Legal team encouraged her to undertake a secondment in an external department, which allowed her to work with a variety of Deloitte teams on different matters. Through this experience, she discovered her passion for employment law, which led her to transfer to the Employment Law team full-time.
