Cameron is a Partner in the Enterprise Technology and Performance Practice, and currently leads the ServiceNow alliance for Life Sciences and Healthcare across Asia Pacific. As an experienced leader for some of the largest ServiceNow clients in Australia, Cameron works at all levels in organisations to deliver innovative and award-winning ServiceNow solutions. Roderick is a Partner in Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Transformation practice and is the APJ FSI ServiceNow Leader. Roderick has over 15 years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform (Spring 2009 release) and 20 years of helping banking, capital markets, investment and insurance clients navigate their digital transformation ambitions into reality. His experience in FSI spans across the UK, Europe, Americas, Australia and Asia Pacific. He is a CTO by trade with a passion for climate & sustainability, payments transformation and working closely with the business domains.

Sara Cruise is a seasoned senior leader with 10+ years focused on ServiceNow, excelling in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer success. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Sara has consistently orchestrated business transformations and developed high-performing teams, all centered around the ServiceNow ecosystem. Her expertise lies in establishing and expanding practices, fostering executive relationships, and innovating to deliver tangible, measurable outcomes. As a passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Sara's leadership style embodies innovation, collaboration, and a results-driven approach.

Adrienne is a Partner in the Cyber Risk practice leading the GRC Technology capabilities across Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance and Cyber Risk, Governance and Assurance. Adrienne leads the ServiceNow Alliance for Risk Advisory across Asia Pacific, responsible for the Risk and Security product portfolio on the platform. She is responsible for the ServiceNow implementation team within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice, helping clients develop business cases, select vendor products, design, implement and deploy IRM, SecOps, business resiliency and vendor risk management solutions across a range of industries.

Katie is a Partner in the Performance consulting team at Deloitte, Sydney. Katie has a track record of working with large, complex organisations to help them realise their potential through achieving operational efficiency and engaging in targeted reinvestment to drive future growth. Her areas of focus include; back office/corporate services transformation and technology enablement; service management and channel strategy; data-enabled, insight-driven decision making; business model innovation employing a collaborative approach to engagements.
