  • Manipal Hospitals

    With 1.4 billion people, the prevalence of chronic diseases and an ageing population, India’s healthcare system is under intense pressure to serve patients efficiently. Manipal Hospitals realised that the process of transferring patient care between nurses, with time-consuming documentation and a high risk of error, represented a critical bottleneck. The organisation worked with Deloitte India and Google Cloud to develop a GenAI-powered Nurse Handoff solution, which automatically summarised key patient and medication information in one report. As a result, Manipal Hospitals has been able to streamline operations and improve patient care. 


  • Pet Valu

    With more and more shopping journeys taking place digitally, Pet Valu faced an urgent need to deliver the same product and customer experience online as they did in-store. To do so, the organisation collaborated with Google Cloud, commercetools and Deloitte Canada to transform their e-commerce web site, creating a reliable, scalable digital shopping experience featuring efficient product search functionality and seamless checkout. As a result, Pet Valu’s total cost of ownership of their web site has dropped, while customer conversions have increased - almost instantly. 


  • Definity

    Definity, a leading Canadian insurer, operated a call centre which received approximately 500 calls a day. However, with limited call documentation capabilities, agents hadn't got ready access to case histories or context - affecting call handling time, hindering efficient customer service and straining operating costs. The company worked with Deloitte Canada and Google Cloud to implement a GenAI-powered call centre solution that automatically transcribed and summarised calls, making case documentation unified and seamless. The result: a 10% reduction in call handling time, representing a savings of 20,000 hours every year. 


  • Corab

    Poland's Corab, a photovoltaic system manufacturer, teamed with Deloitte and Google Cloud to help home and business customers optimise solar energy consumption. With the Corab One app, developed by Deloitte Digital and based on Google Cloud and BigQuery, customers can see the amount of energy they are using, how much power their solar panels are generating and how much their electricity consumption is costing. They can then use this data to modify consumption patterns to reduce energy bills.
