Growth for Deloitte M&A offerings in WA, with team from Mainsheet Capital WA Pty Ltd set to join

25 JULY 2023: In a significant addition to Deloitte’s corporate finance and M&A presence in Western Australia, the Perth-based team from Mainsheet Capital WA Pty Ltd will be joining the professional services firm’s Financial Advisory group.

Mainsheet Capital WA Pty Ltd (Mainsheet Capital WA) is a full-service corporate advisory and strategy business focussing on M&A, including transaction advisory and business integrations, with a focus on the mining and energy sectors.

The 18-strong team will join Deloitte’s well-established local M&A practice. Mainsheet Capital WA Pty Ltd’s Maurice Argento, Emma Wright, Gerard Moody and Ian Gordon will become Deloitte Financial Advisory partners, and Bill Bent a principal.
