Making an impact that matters in our communities
Deloitte is a purpose-driven organisation and has a proud history of giving back to the communities where we live and work. Through The Deloitte Foundation, we inspire our people to contribute their time and expertise to causes and charities they feel passionate about; and to live our firm’s purpose to make an impact that matters.
Impact Day 2025 was an incredible week of connection, energy, and making a difference. From 20-24 October, across Australia and Papua New Guinea, our people stepped away from the everyday to connect with each other, our communities, and the causes that matter most. More than 4,000 Deloitte volunteers joined forces across 326 events, supporting 204 incredible charities.
Impact Day 2025
It was amazing to see over 4,000 of our Deloitte people make the time to support charities across Australia and Papua New Guinea. To see one third of our workforce participate in Impact Day is a testament to both the firm and The Deloitte Foundation’s commitment to making an impact in our communities.
