Recognised as an active and leading RAP organisation with Reconciliation Australia, Deloitte has been committed to our reconciliation journey for over 10 years. The delivery timeline of our current RAP has been extended, in recognition of our wish to consolidate our efforts and to properly embed the important work we have signed up to, while we await signoff on our next Stretch RAP for 2025-28.
In 2023, the firm confirmed its public support for a First Nations Voice to Parliament. Our commitment is to provide opportunities for our people to deepen their understanding of the relevant issues and the context, perspectives, and culture of Australia's First Nations people. We will continue to affirm the spirit and intent of the Uluru Statement From the Heart, no matter the outcome of the referendum.

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. Deloitte is proud to celebrate National Reconciliation Week in all our offices. As the principal sponsor of Reconciliation SA’s Annual National Reconciliation Week Breakfast in Kaurna Country (Adelaide), we are committed, now more than ever, to continuing our reconciliation journey and building on the work we do with First Nations communities. We are honoured to sponsor this event and to connect for impact, united, with reconciliation as our collective goal. We continue to affirm the spirit and intent of the Uluru Statement from the Heart. Let’s walk forward. Together.
