Deloitte's Reconciliation Journey

Deloitte is a proud holder of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

In 2025, we have launched our next Stretch RAP (2025–28) –our fourth RAP – marking eleven years since joining the RAP community.

This RAP reflects our continued commitment to embedding reconciliation in a way that is authentic, sustainable, and integral to the way we work.

Our commitment is to provide opportunities for our people to deepen their understanding of the history, culture, and lived experiences of Australia’s First Nations peoples – and to walk together in advancing reconciliation through relationships, respect, opportunities and strong governance.
