Xavier is a Partner in our Finance Transformation practice focusing on the Government and Public Sector. He has over 8 years’ experience as a finance executive, including most recently as the Executive Director Finance (CFO) at the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP). Xavier specialises in supporting clients with technology enabled transformations of their finance and back office operations.
