Carmen’s specialisation is execution of complex technology-enabled transformation in Federal Government. Carmen has broad technology delivery experience across a range of public sector organisations, including Services Australia (previously the Department of Human Services), Home Affairs, and the National Disability Insurance Agency. In her various client leadership roles, Carmen has been instrumental in delivering a range of significant and high-profile transformation programs that have improved the experience of Australian citizens who interact with government departments.
