Victoria is a social and environmental scientist specialising in climate change risk, adaptation, resilience and disaster risk reduction. Victoria has worked across the Asia Pacific Regional developing strategies and frameworks that support cities and communities to build resilience, adapt to climate change, reduce disaster risk and explore nature-based solutions for thriving and sustainable environments.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients across the public, private and non-government sectors, support them to navigate responses to both the physical risks of climate change and the transition to a low carbon economy including with National and State Governments, businesses, and communities across the Asia Pacific.
She has in-depth experience in government policy and strategy particularly in relation to climate change risk, adaptation, and resilience. An experienced facilitator, Victoria has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of government and in diverse communities. She has designed and facilitated workshops and consultation across the Asia Pacific including in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia and Vanuatu
