Terence is a Partner in the Financial Services Tax team of Deloitte Australia.
Terence has substantial experience in the banking, funds and custodial services industry. In particular, Terence specialises in global information reporting tax regimes and operational taxes. This includes withholding tax regimes, the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Annual Investment and Income Reporting (including Third Party Reporting).
Terence also has substantial experience in advising financial services organisations on a range of other tax matters, especially the taxation of financial instruments, financial products and services.
