Susan Brown

​​Susan is a partner delivering Digital Transformation for our Public Sector clients. Susan has been working with Tier 1 and Government clients for her 20+ year career. Her career has been dedicated to digital technologies, customer strategy and design. Her core strength resides in digital customer transformation projects. Susan is the Victoria Digital Public Sector lead and has devoted over 10 years to working in Government based clients and Not for Profits. Susan’s primary client is Department of Transport where she has led technical teams in registration and licensing as well as design teams in customer experience and customer strategy. She is passionate about designing and developing innovative digital solutions. Susan is the co-founder of Her Tech Circle, and her volunteer work with Women in Blockchain, Impact for Women and Rare Birds allows her to contribute back into the women in IT community and digital and start-up community.​
