He also brings expertise in providing disruptive events and transaction-related accounting services. This includes accounting support throughout the M&A lifecycle such as scenario analysis; mergers and acquisitions; restructuring and divestments. Soter also has experience in providing accounting solutions to government on infrastructure projects, advising procuring authorities on the accounting impact of various procurement structures.
His professional services experience was initially in audit and he has subsequently specialised in accounting and reporting advisory. He has experience delivering services in both Australia and China.
