Senjit works with companies and investors to address their most pressing strategic issues – at the corporate, business portfolio, BU, and new offering levels. He is particularly passionate about helping clients maximise the impact of their growth investments across M&A, JV/partnership and organic initiatives, and build adaptive strategies positioned to respond to a breadth of future scenarios. ‘Post-initiative’, he specialises in supporting clients to measure performance, diagnose sources for improvement, and dynamically update strategy accordingly.
He is currently a Director in the Climate & Sustainability business. Established in June 2022, Deloitte Climate & Sustainability is a dedicated, interdisciplinary team of over 150 staff from across the firm, offering end-to-end climate transformation solutions. We support our clients’ transition to net zero, integrating the best of our climate and sector expertise with our strategy and organisational transformation capability.
