Sarah leads Deloitte’s national Workforce Strategy and Planning team, and has over 25 years’ of global experience in helping organisations shape future-ready workforces and adapt to disruption through data-driven and integrated investment choices.
She is the product owner for the Work Analyser asset and works closely with business leaders to align business, workforce and technology strategies within large complex organisations. Sarah is a thought leader and speaker on topics including the future of work, strategic workforce planning, workforce transformation, HR strategy and organisational capability. She holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, and an MBA from THE University of NSW.
