Sarah is a Partner in Deloitte’s Operations, Industry and Domain Solutions (OIDS) practice, working with Federal Government leaders to improve how complex service delivery, regulatory and grants systems operate. She supports organisations to simplify processes and use data to enable more informed decisions and better outcomes.
Her experience spans strategy through to implementation, with a focus on operating model design, program delivery, and continuous optimisation. Sarah brings strong expertise in understanding how processes perform in practice, identifying where effort and cost are concentrated, and embedding more efficient, consistent ways of working.
