Ross is a Partner in Deloitte’s Consulting practice, and is the co-National Lead of Deloitte’s Local Government Practice. He specialises in public sector strategy, business design and transformation, and joined Deloitte after a long career as a senior executive in Victoria’s Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Ross is known for his work with public sector executives to develop and implement strategy at a whole-of-system, department, operational and program level. Ross combines a deep understanding of policy and operating context, trusted relationships with experts and change-makers built over many years, and a unique blend of strategy, economics and analytics competencies.
Ross loves partnering with his local government clients on their transformation journeys, extending from developing whole-of-enterprise strategy, designing operating models, optimising service mix, business case preparation, implementing business and technology change, and delivering the benefits of organisation transformation.
