Robert’s experience comes from operational roles in industry as well as consulting experience at a range of clients over 20 years. He has focused on the development of transport optimisation and supply chain capabilities within the Strategy and Operations practice. His work has covered a broad range of industry sectors and involved the development of improvement strategies for the re-configuration of major supply contracts in some of Australia’s largest businesses.
