Rob is the Lead for Organisational Design across Deloitte Australia, the Deloitte Organisational Design practice covers Operating Models, Organisational Restructuring, Ways of Working design, Agility and the creation of Adaptable Organisations.
Rob’s experience as a Partner in Deloitte, COO within Banking, and GM level HR roles has developed an ability of finding a solution where one isn’t clear and delivering new approaches to an old or new challenge.
Rob brings a background in strategic; HR, Operations and Business leadership, successfully leading people and implementing organisational development, process change, organisational design, operations, innovation programs and business strategies both nationally and internationally. This includes leading the HR streams for some of the largest M&As within Australia, as well as multiple multinational business transformations.
Rob’s happy place is where the largest challenge lies and finding fit for purpose solutions to solve them. He has a passion for sharing and embedding that mindset to enable businesses to deliver where they previously couldn’t find a way.

- Major and Assets Programs division redesign for top tier mining company re defining the resource allocation process, governance models, ways of working and structural design
- Global waste merger, leading the end-to-end merge process, people changes, policy updates, ways of working and structural redesign for the largest global merge of a two waste management companies.
