Rob has 40 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant having provided Audit Services to a broad range of clients. Since his retirement as a partner in 2025, Rob is focusing on Board roles in the not for profit and for purpose sectors. Rob is proud to Chair the Deloitte Foundation and lead the Responsible Business team.
The Deloitte Foundation makes a major impact on the wider Australian community through the efforts of Deloitte partners and staff by providing pro and low bono services, through Workplace giving, through skilled volunteering and through Impact Day. Rob continues to sponsor the Deloitte "Discover Your Partnership Potential" program, a 6-day course to provide Deloitte directors with the tools to assist in their transition to partnership. He also assists as a facilitator on the CFO Advance program.
