Richard has a particular focus on large & complex back office and finance transformation programs. Specifically scaling global business services & shared services (across multiple functions/ locations), transforming finance, assessing and implementing outsourcing, integrating technology implementations into broader transformations, and robotic process automation (across multiple functions).
Richard has extensive international experience having lived in Singapore for over 4 years supporting clients across Asia Pacific on projects enabling growth; and over his career delivering projects in China, Korea, Russia, UAE, United Kingdom, United States, and the majority of South East Asia.
Richard is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (AGSM); and Honours & Bachelor Degrees in Economics (Accounting) (The Flinders University of South Australia).
