Rob Hillard is the CEO of Deloitte Asia Pacific, leading more than 5,000 Partners and 120,000 professionals across 23 geographies in the world’s most dynamic region.
Robert Hillard is the Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Asia Pacific Limited. In this role, he is responsible for the overall direction and performance of Deloitte across the region, working with firm leaders across Australia, China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, South East Asia, South Asia and Taiwan to grow the business, strengthen client relationships, and build the capabilities that will define Deloitte's next chapter in Asia Pacific.
Rob brings deep expertise in technology, data and business transformation. He has spent his career working with clients across Asia Pacific on their most complex strategic and operational challenges, with a strong focus on AI-powered solutions, digital transformation and the capabilities that will define the next generation of professional services.
Prior to his appointment as AP CEO, Rob served as Deloitte Asia Pacific's Consulting Businesses Leader, overseeing more than 66,000 consulting professionals across the region. He has also served as a member of Deloitte's Global Board, Chief Transformation Officer for Deloitte Asia Pacific, and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for Deloitte Australia.
Rob is a published author, having written Information-Driven Business (Wiley, 2010) and co-authored Information Development using MIKE2.0 (Motion, 2013). He is a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society, a former Chair of the Australian Information Industry Association. He resides in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and three children and is a passionate technology enthusiast.
