She has more than 20 years’ experience providing corporate finance, accounting and tax advice, and specializes in the provision of valuation advice for mergers and acquisitions and other commercial and compliance purposes. Rachel has led several significant valuation assignments including the preparation of numerous high profile independent expert reports.
