Rebecca leads Deloitte’s Strategy and Business Design Practice in Queensland and is a leader in the Public Sector Practice. Bec has more than 15 years experience in strategy and transformation, across the public and private sector in Australia, having worked with some of Australia’s best-known Brands.
She believes that strategy is about choice, and that these choices must consider design through to execution. This has been demonstrated in complex environments including ASX listed organisations (e.g. retail), and in large public sector departments (e.g. transport), from strategy development to large scale organisational transformation, Rebecca works with executive teams to deliver the desired outcomes.
Rebecca has a passionate for having an impact in the community, with a recent focus on accessibility and inclusion, and transforming public transport and infrastructure to be accessible to all.
