Richard is a Partner in Deloitte’s Controls Assurance practice. He is focused on helping organisations gain clarity and confidence in achieving their strategic objectives through effective governance, risk management and compliance. He works extensively with government and regulated industries, advising on internal audit, assurance, transformation risk, and organisational resilience.
Richard has deep expertise in helping clients strengthen governance frameworks, navigate significant change, and improve business outcomes through practical, risk-informed assurance and decision-making.
Prior to relocating to Australia, Richard worked with organisations across Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Since joining the Australian market, he has primarily supported public sector agencies and financial institutions through assurance, transformation and resilience initiatives.
Richard is also the South Australia Government & Public Services Leader & Lead Client Service Partner, bringing together Deloitte’s multidisciplinary capabilities to serve the State’s priorities and long-term outcomes.
