Robert Basker

Rob Basker is the Workforce Motivation Leader with a specialism in Total Rewards. Rob focuses on creating diverse, safe, rewarding and connected workplaces through the design and implementation of policies, interventions, solutions and rewards that enable meaningful work and a rewarding employee experience.

Rob has over 30 years' experience in helping clients with their reward and mobility challenges across a wide spectrum of client sizes and industries. He commenced his career in London before relocating to Sydney after two years working in San Jose, California. Rob has worked with a wide range of clients from start-up's to some of the biggest global public and private companies.

Rob believes that humans are better together and when we invest in the strength and health of our people, we can create a diverse and motivated workforce that works better for everyone.

Rob has significant dealings in relation to multi-national companies doing business within Australia, Global Australian listed companies and startups. He commenced his career in London before relocating to Sydney after two years working in San Jose, California.

Rob is a frequent speaker at seminars conducted by professional and commercial bodies on Equity and Rewards as well as the Australian tax issues faced by inbound/outbound employees.
