Rob Basker is the Workforce Motivation Leader with a specialism in Total Rewards. Rob focuses on creating diverse, safe, rewarding and connected workplaces through the design and implementation of policies, interventions, solutions and rewards that enable meaningful work and a rewarding employee experience.
Rob has over 30 years' experience in helping clients with their reward and mobility challenges across a wide spectrum of client sizes and industries. He commenced his career in London before relocating to Sydney after two years working in San Jose, California. Rob has worked with a wide range of clients from start-up's to some of the biggest global public and private companies.
