Price is a technology sourcing specialist. His technology sourcing experience includes technology category strategy development, operating model design and implementation, process improvement and technology selection, as well as strategic and tactical sourcing. His broad industry experience includes electricity generation and trading, wealth management and insurance, passenger and freight rail, transport and logistics, mining, water, health and aged care, food services, property and construction, retail, oil and gas, ports and airports, manufacturing, banking, telecommunications and education. He has worked across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and the United States of America.
Prior to his consulting career, Price was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy based in Yokosuka, Japan. He was a surface warfare officer and delivered two maintenance, repair and overhaul projects under time and budget.
