Priscilla has over 19 years of experience and has worked in Sydney, New York and London.

Priscilla has advised a number of clients in the financial services sector including in banking, capital markets, insurance, asset management and fintech. Priscilla also has experience in pricing intercompany loans and guarantees and determining arm’s length remuneration for various treasury activities.

Priscilla’s client experience includes transfer pricing policy development, operationalisation / implementation of transfer pricing models, preparation of documentation, assistance with Country-by-Country reporting and engaging with tax authorities, in the context of both Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and audits. Priscilla has assisted clients with transfer pricing models post-restructuring, as a result of regulatory changes or political events such as Brexit.

When based in New York, Priscilla had in-house experience in a diversified financial services group, managing transfer pricing for the Americas region for a range of business units including commodities and financial markets, cash equities, investment banking and capital markets, leasing and asset management.
