Pip Dexter is the Chief People and Purpose Officer at Deloitte Australia and a member of the Deloitte Executive Leadership Team. She is responsible for the workforce agenda including how we transform work for the modern age, fuelled by a culture of wellbeing, belonging and performance.
Throughout her career, she has continuously advocated for improving people’s experience at work and leads with the belief that an organisation’s greatest competitive advantage is a productive and engaged workforce.
After graduating with combined majors in Psychology and Commerce, Pip joined the world of professional services, working with clients to deliver large scale technology-led transformation in the UK and Australia. Her work includes shaping Deloitte’s world class Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, policies and practices, the creation of the NSW Government’s inaugural Leadership Academy, and integrating the largest acquisition ever recorded in Deloitte Asia Pacific.
As the former Lead Partner for the Human Capital Consulting Business, Pip oversaw the growth of the business to a team of over 600 across Australia with a $250 million turnover.
Pip is a member of Chief Executive Women, an organisation representing Australia’s most senior and distinguished women leaders.
