Paul is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and Consulting Managing Partner at Deloitte Australia. He is a member of Deloitte Australia’s Executive Leadership Team and the Global Consulting and Strategy teams. 

Paul is responsible for Deloitte Australia’s strategy and its execution, as well as the strategy and management of Deloitte’s consulting businesses. 

Paul is deeply passionate about client service and is the Global Advisory Partner for National Australia Bank. Previously, Paul has served as Deloitte Australia’s Chief Growth Officer, National Client Leader, Managing Partner for Victoria, and led the firm’s Non-Executive Director Program. 

With nearly 25 years’ experience in the banking and financial sector, Paul is an industry recognised expert and leader in retail banking, business banking, payments, and insurance. He has deep knowledge and technical expertise in his field, running a range of strategy, business architecture and delivery programs and initiatives for financial institutions across Australia, Asia and the UK.
