Natalie Whitaker

Natalie leads the organisation transformation team within Deloitte’s human capital practice, and she is passionate about helping leaders humanise transformations to achieve sustainable performance outcomes. She is interested in how humans and technology – reimagine work.

Over the past 15 years, including eight in the energy and resources sector Natalie has worked with a range of business leaders and CHRO’s to reinvent their organisations. Her experience spans the breadth of our human capital services including: organisational and cultural change, adaptable and agile work practices, organisation design, learning,  communication and  workforce transition.

She has global consulting experience having worked in Asia, the United States and the Middle East and is an active member of the global human capital organisation transformation leadership team.
