Nicole Overley is a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice. She has led the firm’s Future of Work team for Government and Public Services through the massive shifts due to the pandemic and technological disruption in our work, workforce, and workplaces. Overley founded Deloitte’s Future of Work InstituteTM to equip lifelong learners with career resiliency and human skills. Her work on workforce development ecosystems focuses on bringing together government, educators, and employers to prepare for continuous changes in the world of work. She was recently named as one of Consulting Magazine’s 35 under 35 Rising Stars of the Profession.
