Nari Kye is a partner at Deloitte with over 13 years of experience as a tax adviser to investment management, infrastructure, private equity and real estate clients.
Nari has extensive experience in advising clients throughout the fund lifecycle including on fund establishments, acquisitions, due diligence, structuring, financing, divestments, ongoing tax compliance, dealings with the Australian Taxation Office and the Foreign Investment Review Board.
Nari holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney. Nari is a member of the Property Council of Australia, a Chartered Tax Adviser and legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
