Mike Lynn is Deloitte's Leader for Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) across Asia Pacific and Australia, and a member of the Deloitte Global ER&I Executive. Based in Perth, he also leads the Energy & Chemical sectors for Australia.
In his leadership role, Mike shapes Deloitte's strategy, capabilities, and market offerings across the ER&I portfolio, with direct responsibility for client service quality and support to multiple global clients. His professional services career spans leading high-performing teams on energy-related engagements across Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Mike is recognised for his extensive experience across LNG and mining, energy transition, digital transformation, capital project execution, and operational excellence. His core consulting capability encompasses engagements covering agility, performance management, change management, organisation redesign, automation and analytics, and supply chain optimisation.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia.
