Michele is a Corporate Finance Partner with over ten years’ experience in the provision of valuation and financial advisory services with Deloitte in Australia and in Europe. Prior to Deloitte, Michele was in the corporate finance team of Arthur Andersen in Italy. Michele has worked on a wide range of Independent Expert’s Reports and fairness opinions advising clients and shareholders on high profile and complex transactions involving listed and unlisted entities in Australia and in Europe.
