Mark is a partner in the Deloitte Corporate and International Tax Group in Australia and the national leader of Deloitte’s Business Tax Services group. Mark has over 25 years experience providing tax advice to major Australian and foreign corporates. Mark specialises in complex M&A transactions, fund structuring and international tax matters.
Prior to joining Deloitte in January 2010, Mark spent 2½ years as group head of tax at Babcock & Brown where he had responsibility for all the group’s taxation matters.
