Mary is a business design and transformation specialist within our Sydney practice. She has a background in enterprise adaptability, program management, human-centred design and B2C marketing.
Mary is passionate about effectively embedding people in the design of new operating models, optimising behavioural science, delivering measurable outcomes linked to strategic objectives, and having fun along the way. She has worked in TMT, CP, ER&I and creative industries across Australia, Europe and North America.
