Mark has demonstrated project and operational experience in Project Management, Enterprise, Platform and Solution Architecture. Working at the intersection of business and technology, he has implemented and operated SAP (ECC, S/4HANA), Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP SuccessFactors. He has recently specialised in Workday where he is certified in HCM, Financials and several other modules such as Recruiting, Compensation and others.
Mark is the APJ Workday Innovation and Solutions lead along with owning the Workday Cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) agenda for Deloitte APJ. He is considered a techno-functional professional who has expertise in business and functional teams whilst also leading and being hands on with technical teams. This allows him to successfully bridge project management, stakeholder and design requirements between HR, IT & PMO. Mark believes in a modern and future ready workplace where experience and design matters. He uses this passion to work in various methods, structures and teams to achieve business technology outcomes.
