Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, Marc is passionate about translating strategic choices into impactful change. With over 20 years’ experience in management consulting in Europe and Asia-Pacific, he led complex programs across a range of industries from strategy development through to implementation, combining analytical skills with design-led thinking.
Marc has a track record in supporting large financial institutions across banking and insurance, as well as hyper-growth Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers / ecosystem players. He is acting as subject matter advisor on a global level for customer obsessed strategies and transformations.
