Since Lucy joined Deloitte in 2008, she specialises in developing and assuring quantitative methodologies and tools in accordance with accounting and regulatory standards, to measure and manage financial risks, price financial products for compliance and performance purposes. In recent years, she has focused on the responsible and effective use of algorithms, ensuring they not only perform well but also behave ethically.
