Luci has been practising in the field of performance improvement, turnaround advisory and corporate recovery for over 20 years. She has led many multi-disciplinary teams in advising senior executives, financiers and management leadership teams on addressing business underperformance and value creation through profit improvement, business turnaround, large-scale operations transformation programmes and transactions.
Luci has extensive experience in decision support roles and has worked closely with all major financiers, government agencies and large corporates to extract and create value for all classes of stakeholders. More recently Luci’s main focus has been on the health industry where she has been involved in a number of varied turnaround and profit improvement engagements in particular in the pharmaceutical sector.
Luci has conducted numerous strategic business reviews, led crisis management assignments, designed and implemented performance improvement initiatives, most of them on a confidential basis, and has a great understanding of the issues faced by business operators.
