Lee specialises in managing large scale transactions, including pre-completion due diligence engagements, post-acquisition integrations as well as carve-out and divestments for major corporate organisations in Australia. Lee has worked on a number of flagship deals across a variety of industry sectors including consumer goods, retail, media, energy and mining in Australia, Japan and the USA.
