Louis has over 20 years professional experience advising businesses on matters of strategy, growth and mergers and acquisitions, including: strategy development, market entry, target identification, commercial and operational due diligence, synergies and performance improvement. Louis has led over 100+ engagements across a diverse range of niche industries in the retail, consumer products, industrial markets, technology and healthcare sectors. Louis has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Harvard University.
