Industry agnostic and with plenty of experience gained in high-regulation financial services and high-competition consumer business segments, Laura is most passionate about ensuring channel of choice for customers. She is obsessed with ensuring organisations get a return on investment from their Martech stack, and bringing the people and process lens to technology challenges.
A champion of good causes, Laura ensures she spends at least a third of her annual effort on leading transformation in the profit-for-purpose sector.
