Laura is a Partner in Deloitte's Finance Consulting team in Sydney and focuses on driving technology enabled transformation. She specialises in large-scale, back-office transformation across the private sector and higher education sector with a focus on improving service outcomes and efficiency levels.
Laura has spent more than 15 years working alongside the CFO and Executive teams locally and globally. She brings first hand expereince designing and implementing transformation initiatives including; shared services, business process outsourcing, operating model re-deisgn and enterprise cost reduction both locally and globally.
Laura is passionate about improving education outcomes for the next generation, particularly in the higher education space.
