Lammert is a Partner in Deloitte’s Treasury & Capital Markets valuations team.
He is an AASB2 Share-Based Payments valuation expert and has extensive valuation experience in assisting many of Deloitte’s clients with the measurement of Employee Share Plans in accordance with Australian accounting standards.
Lammert also assists Deloitte’s clients with accounting for share based payment arrangements, and with tracking of Long Term Incentive Plan performance against plan rules.
He has worked with many of Deloitte‘s clients to navigate the challenge of determining a discount rate in accordance with AASB 16.
Lammert has over 10 years’ experience in Treasury advisory services. He has extensive experience in quantitative financial risk management and financial instrument valuation.
