Karen van Monsjou is the Service Line Leader of the Operational Excellence department within Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations practice in Amsterdam. Operational Excellence is a group of 60 professionals at all levels and across all sectors, focusing on business strategy, process intelligence and continuous improvement analytics, Lean Six Sigma, Service Delivery Transformation, performance management, and performance dashboards. Karen has 15 years of experience in guiding complex transformations for clients in the public sector. She is part of Deloitte’s Operations Transformation team, responsible for sharing best-practice projects and methodologies. Karen organizes various internal and external events and training sessions on continuous improvement, major transitions, setting up business change teams, and operationalizing digital services in the (semi-) public sector.
